We know you can't wait to rock those new pedals or sport your stylish cycling gear, so we offer a variety of shipping options and a convenient local pickup program to get your goods to you swiftly and safely.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Shipping

Domestic (US): We ship throughout the US using USPS,UPS,and FedEx,depending on the size and weight of your order.

International: We currently offer international shipping to select countries.Contact us with international shipping inquiries.

Shipping Time

Domestic: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of being placed.Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and location.See estimated delivery times at checkout.

International: International shipping times vary depending on destination.We'll provide an estimated delivery timeframe once your order is placed.


Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

Shipping Costs

Domestic: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order,as well as your chosen shipping method.
International: International shipping costs are calculated based on weight,size,and destination.We'll provide a shipping quote at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. Bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID to the shop during our pickup hours. We'll have your order waiting for you at the designated pickup counter.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

Returns

We stand behind the quality and performance of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it for a full refund (store credit or exchange) or a partial refund to your original payment method within 30 days of purchase.

What can be returned?

Unopened and unused bicycles and related products purchased from our retail store or online website.
Items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
Products purchased within the past 30 days from the original purchase date.

Reasons for return?

You can return any item for any reason within the 30-day return window. There are no specific restrictions on return reasons.

Return options:

Full refund (store credit): You can return your item for a full refund in the form of store credit.This is the fastest and easiest way to get your money back.

Exchange: You can exchange your item for a different product of equal or greater value.

Partial refund to original payment method: You can return your item for a partial refund to your original payment method (minus a 20% restocking fee).Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

How to return an item:

In-store: Bring your original receipt and the item you wish to return to any of our retail stores.Our staff will be happy to assist you with the return process.

Online: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return.We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exclusions

This return policy does not apply to custom-built bicycles or other custom-made products.
Clearance items are non-returnable.
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are non-returnable
Special order items not carried in the store on a regular basis

Additional Information

Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.
We cannot guarantee the availability of exchange items.

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
